Shipping and Returns Policy

Products typically ship within three business days and will be shipped with tracking and three-day delivery in the continental US.  Handling times can vary depending on seasonal order loads and holidays.

We make quality products that we are confident you will love.  If for whatever reason you would like to request a refund, we have a hassle-free 30-day return policy.  Unfortunately, if thirty (30) days have passed since your purchase date, we will be unable to offer you a refund.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND, YOUR ITEM(S) MUST BE UNUSED AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Once we have received your return, we will notify you via email that your return has been received and is undergoing inspection.  We will then follow up with a second email to inform you whether your return has been approved and a refund has been issued.  All decisions by us on returns and refund requests are final.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and be applied to your account within thirty (30) days after approval.

In the event you do not see the approved refund in your account after the thirty (30) day period, before contacting us please ensure that you have done the following:

    • Please double check your bank or credit card account.
  • Please contact bank or your credit card company as it takes several days for a processed credit to be posted to your account.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.  If your return is approved, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.  We strongly suggest using a tracked shipping service so you can verify the delivery of your return. In the event of an exchange, the time to receive your new item may vary.

CBD Shipping Policy

Currently we are unable to ship CBD products to customers in the following states:

Ohio, Kansas, South Dakota, Nebraska & Idaho.
